Terms
These beta terms explain the basics for using Birthday Machine.
What Birthday Machine Does
Birthday Machine creates AI-generated personalized birthday videos from the photo, personal details, lyrics direction, and style choices you provide.
Your Responsibility
You are responsible for having the right and permission to upload any photo and personal information you submit, including consent from the people shown or described where needed.
AI Outputs
AI-generated images, music, lyrics, and videos may be imperfect, inaccurate, stylized, or surprising. We aim to make the result fun and birthday-focused, but we cannot guarantee a specific likeness, joke, lyric, or scene.
Personal Use
Generated videos are for personal, non-commercial birthday use unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Content Limits
We may reject, pause, fail, or remove orders if submitted content appears abusive, illegal, unsafe, deceptive, or otherwise inappropriate for the beta.
Support and Refunds
During beta, contact us at support@birthdaymachine.ai if an order fails or the result needs review. Refund or remake decisions are handled case by case.
